Job Description: Bidvest Bank is currently looking for an Executive Head in Business Banking, To develop and execute business banking strategy with tactical business plans to deliver a broad range of world-class business banking solutions, taking into account the market opportunities/growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities and risk appetite; with a focus on client-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate client experience and deliver market leading business banking solutions. Job Responsibilities: Agree target market selection and client propositions within the strategy Drive and achieve a significant growth while maximizing sustainable profitability in the business Achieving long term, medium term and short-term budget goals and targets. Responsible for product development, enhancements and implementation to provide profitable and competitive service offerings. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with Product specialists to ensure opportunities are aligned to the strategy of the bank. Implementation of the Business Banking strategy, into tactical plans. Formulate and constantly develop the strategy of Business Banking incorporating the 5 P's. Define and develop a service-based sales culture Continuously deliver innovative ideas or concepts in the Business Banking space. Drive and collaboratively with Product specialists to ensure possible new opportunities are aligned to product strategies.
