Job Description:
Manage and control the sales process for end of term lease contracts at regional level in accordance with applicable legislation and internal policies and procedures, with the objective to increase the company profit line and to insure minimizing the risk of loss to the Bank.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all vehicles are washed before the sale
- Adherence to legislation and regulatory requirements
- Dealer stocking of NATIS documents to legally entitle the sales process to purchasers
- Stock counts to endorse Physical, Technical and Financial controls of vehicle assets.
- Complete evaluations on time for online auction submissions
- Sell all end of contract vehicles, company vehicles, Transnet owned vehicles etc.
- Safekeeping and Warehousing of assets belonging to VTC, Resales
- Ensure all procedures are followed when purchaser collects vehicle – Gate pass etc.
- Compiling and Presenting Monthly Stock Recon to Head of VTC
Job Requirements:

- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- High attention to detail
- Market and customer orientated
- Road Transport Management
- Advanced excel
- Some technical experience an advantage including diagnostics
Qualification & Experience:
- Marketing Management Certificate
- 3-year Diploma in Road Transport Management (Freight)
- 5 years’ experience in vehicle sales
