Job Description: An exciting opportunity exists for a Divisional Project Manager at NATIONAL BRANDS LIMITED Snacks. The successful incumbent will be responsible for all capital expenditure in the Snackworks Division Job Responsibilities: Ensure that approved capital expenditure delivers the commitments at each factory within the division Manage capital projects from the justification stage across the project cycle to accelerate equipment selection, commissioning, performance ramp-up and maintenance and training integration by following sound project management principles Report to management with the progress of current and planned projects Leverage your process expertise and ability to manage multiple complex projects within a manufacturing environment in order to effect capacity enabling changes across the Snackworks factories Coordinate implementation of projects in terms of change management and training needs Apply your productivity-focused project management skills to implement solutions across the sites Lean manufacturing approach to the project life cycle Execute project follow up and ensure successful implementation Establish capital expenditure to improve health & safety, productivity, capacity and efficiency for each factory within the division Project planning and tracking to ensure deadlines and objectives are met Establish a 5-year plan for each factory Job Requirements: Planning and organising In-depth knowledge of FMCG plant equipment Meeting deadlines Attention to detail Thinking analytically Presentation skills MS Office MS Projects AutoCAD knowledge Qualification & Experience: 5+ Years’ experience within a similar role At least 5 years’ experience in project management Completed Higher National Diploma or BSC Engineering Relevant FMCG experience preferably in the Food environment Job Details: Company: AVI Limited Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, SA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Vacancieshut.com
