Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop Strong Relationships and Communicate Effectively Both Internally and Externally
• Ensure Execution of Marketing Plans in Store and Activations on Shop Floor
• Deliver Product and Sales Training Requirements for the Region for Consultants and Indigo Brands Sales Reps and RSM’s
• Achieve and Exceed Regional Retail Sell Through Targets for Four Key Account Department Store and Health and Beauty Retailers for the Region
• Deliver Permanent Merchandising and Visual Standards in Accordance with Indigo Brands Standards and Ensure Best Practice Requirements for New Store Openings

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ Retail department or Health and Beauty store management experience would be advantageous
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Cosmetology / Beauty Therapist Diploma would be advantageous
