Job Description:
As the Discipline Planning Advisor your responsibilities will include production planning, preparation and scheduling for manufacture products as well as ensuring the stats and information is accurate. Other responsibilities will include:
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning, which includes compliance maintenance with stakeholders and outline maintenance in accordance to the plans and relevant quotes
- Overall people management, including staff development and implementing a high performing culture/ team
Implementation of the operating model and driving delivery and sustainability of the business performance set out in the Life of the Asset Plan - Successful execution of all maintenance activities (including Maintenance days and projects)
- Overall daily, weekly and monthly reporting, including status updates and decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance of the teams, compliance governance and continuous investigations of incidents ensuring our health and safety principles are being adhered to
Qualification & Experience:
- Budgeting tools
- SAP Experience
- Risk Management techniques
- Valid Drivers License Code 8
- Expert in MS Office Packages
- National Diploma in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (A Degree will be an added advantage)
- 5 – 10 Years’ relevant Operational Asset Planning, Maintenance and Scheduling experience within the mining industry
- 5 – 10 years’ experience in Shutdown Planning will be an added advantage
