Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business, handling existing business and be continuously looking for expansion opportunities
  • Solution pricing – working closely pre-sales resources and Business Unit Leads in each competency for accurate and competitive pricing
  • Work with consulting services delivery team to ensure seamless transitioning from sales to delivery
  • Leveraging and collaborating with our sales, pre-sales and consulting services teams, in-house as well as our partner services resources, to best position Altron Karabina’s offering in the market
  • Grow strategic alignment with customers (medium to long term focus) and update Altron Karabina Business Leads on the progress of this
  • Working closely with your Territory Lead and Sales Excellence you will effectively and accurately report on pipeline and forecasts, on a monthly and quarterly basis.\
  • Negotiating pricing and business terms with named Corporate accounts by selling value, and being able to engage with our different business areas
  • Proposal preparation – quality, professional proposals as defined by Sales Excellence

Qualification & Experience:

  • Must have solution selling experience (Microsoft technologies and product selling experience is an added advantage )
  • 3-5 years working experience as an Account Manager i
  • Must have a proven track record of successful sales
  • Business development experience is essential
  • Must have experience Public Sector experience
  • Negotiation and CRM skills
