Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting of faulty equipment
- Handle all queries from client – Software and Hardware related
- Internal reports to various operation managers and stake holders
- Visual screen grabs and position status to clients
- Log faulty units with PSD
- Daily health checks (visually inspected) before any vehicle are allowed to leave the yard or the safe zone
- Monitor vehicles in safe stop zones
- Border crossing communication with officials, identifying reason for delay
- Handling and following up on the clients’ queries
- Movement reports of high value goods
- Daily tracking reports per client requirement
- Live route monitoring and Geo Fence Zone violations
- Scheduled reports and feedback to the various client staff as required
- Advise drivers of next safe stop zone before curfew
Qualification & Experience:
National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12
