This role is responsible for assisting passengers with all baggage irregularities and ensure that passengers receive quick, dependable and friendly service at all times
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of IATA practices relating to baggage handling.
- OHS Training and Human Factors.
- Minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate of equivalent.
- Experience in the aviation industry.
