Job Description:

To undertake all necessary duties in order to maintain the day-to-day operation of the baggage tracing department. Create, monitor/trace and handle all mishandled baggage files. These duties must be performed to the highest standard to satisfy the passengers and to meet the required service levels of our passengers in line with Airlink’s policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Experience in WorldTracer Management system.
• Experience in the aviation industry.
• Customer Service experience.
• Minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate of equivalent
