Job Responsibilities:
- To operate with due consideration of the company’s SHEQ objectives
- Completion of activities as scheduled in a timely manner in accordance with the planned maintenance programme, statutory requirements and company procedures
- To ensure all maintenance work is carried out to an acceptable standard
- To provide a reliable and cost-effective maintenance service to production
- To minimize plant downtime through effective maintenance planning, and the application of preventative and predictive maintenance
- To manage the use of materials, care for the equipment and plant to minimize wastage

Qualification & Experience:
- Recognized Artisan qualification /apprenticeship /National diploma Eng.
- Ability to function effectively with other departments, suppliers and service providers.
- Demonstrated experience in computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Preferably Chemical Plant experience.
- Prior supervisory experience, maintenance support experience
- Matric/Grade 12.
