Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Management of staff to effectively measure performance, including but not limited to leave management, performance and development, formal and informal disciplinary initiations
- Provide cost saving initiatives.
- Keep abreast of ERP field and industry trends
- Ensure adherence to IT governance and best practices
- Manage projects through the project life cycle to ensure effective delivery of projects
- Perform functions in an acting capacity, if required
- Responsible for the management of support, maintenance and enhancement within the ERP Revenue stream
- Deliver ERP system enhancements that meet business requirements
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with corporate policies
Qualification & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree/ Bachelor of Technology with a focus on IT
- Minimum of eight (8) years’ relevant SAP work experience of which three (3) years must be managerial experience.
