Job Description:
To provide operational and administrative support to the Demand and Delivery team on leadership, management and bespoke learning programmes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and resolve delegate queries within the guidelines of the cancellation, rescheduling and replacement conditions.
- Coordinate dietary requirements per session and engage with venue regarding requirements.
- Create and maintain learning sessions on the My Learning system.
- Coordinate scheduling of delegates, assignment submission, completion statuses and associated reporting.
- Update attendance and sign-off sessions on the My Learning system on completion of session.
- Compile and manage reporting requirements
- Retrieve and distribute Attendance registers to Faculty.
- Track registrations and take mitigating action where sessions are at risk of being cancelled.
- Manage and coordinate Coaching session, invites and schedules with Faculty.
- Arrange and manage logistical requirements related to the learning programme assigned.
- Engage with approved provider for venue request and logistical requirements, approval and book venues.
Qualification & Experience:
Higher Diplomas: Education, Training and Development (Required)
