Job Description: The main purpose of the job is to manage the sales and brand presence in store, while adhering to company policies and procedures Job Responsibilities: Keep abreast of what competitors are doing and trends in the industry To grow, develop and build awareness of the product and service offering Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle Identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies Ability to handle client queries and problem solving Manage sales efficiencies and processes to ensure customer satisfaction Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s product, service, and processes Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with in an effective manner and resolved.
