Job Responsibilities: Analyse weekly financial accounts. You are focused on ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the GL by processing monthly journals, preparing reconciliations, cost analysis, inventory reporting and fixed asset register maintenance. Attend monthly stock counts and reconcile stock movements weekly. Plan the cash flow of the bakery and monitor bank accounts. Lead control and monitor the functions of all admin staff Compile annual budgets. You will assist internal and external auditors with information/feedback requested and ensure consistent application of internal controls. Compile year-end accounts and schedules. Implement Financial Standards, Policies and Procedures, and Internal Controls aligned to the Bakeries BMR (Basic Minimum Requirements Review debtor's aging ledger weekly. Job Requirements: Control and maintain the budget for admin costs. Maintain high standards of work. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Oracle Business analytical skills Weekly and monthly accounts are accurate. Deadlines for monthly and weekly reporting met.
