Job Description: RCL FOODS is on the hunt to find an HR Administrator to join our Vector Logistics team. The position will be based in Cape Town and report to the HR Practitioner. The HR team is looking for a professional who will provide day to day human resource administrative support and contribute to the long-term development of the HR function Job Responsibilities: Administer the recording of vacation leave. Process death and disability claim documents. Administer the probationary review periods. Capture disciplinary records into SAP. Administer the performance management system. Manage the leave administration process. Handle health, safety and IOD processes and queries. Administer the recording of absence. Process medical aid / fund entries and withdrawals. Maintain the personnel filing system and safeguard the files and documentation. Handle maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave processes and queries. Enter data into the HR system so that accurate records are maintained. Provide data for and prepare management information reports. Liaise with payroll and distribute the payslips. Job Requirements: Ability to effectively plan, schedule and execute work. Ability to communicate on all levels within the organization Valid Code EB drivers’ license. Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management. SAP experience. Attention to detail and Good analytical skills. 2 years’ experience in a similar environment.
