Job Description: To timeously acquire registerable land and rights, within approved time and money budgets, and with a resultant win-win scenario for Eskom and the landowner. To negotiate settlements with landowners in exchange for land and rights within the limits Job Responsibilities: Facilitate the route and site selection process of Power Lines and Sub Station sites Provision of assistance in the management of Land and Rights projects and conclude transactions between landowners and Eskom and other Right Holders Assist in the establishment of land values and negotiations with Landowners Ensures compliance to Legislation Assist the Senior Advisor with the acquisition of land and rights for Transmission expansion programme Job Requirements: Basic knowledge of Engineering Experience in the Survey General Office System Knowledge of Land Survey Knowledge of Cost benefit and financial analysis Knowledge of and experience with the Expropriation Act Knowledge of Environmental Legislation and sciences Negotiation skills Knowledge of contract and deeds law Qualification & Experience: 3 years’ experience in the land & rights environment National diploma in one of the following Geomatics, surveying, Town and Regional Planning, property law, property valuation, environmental management Job Details: Company: Eskom Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Sandton, Gauteng, SA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Vacancieshut.com
