Job Description: AWS Trust & Safety (T&S) is a global team that helps protect against abusive use of AWS services while simultaneously working to build trust with AWS’s customers, partners, and other stakeholders. T&S engages with a variety of stakeholders to understand cloud infrastructure-related trust and safety issues, develop fit-for-purpose frameworks to assess and minimize risks for AWS’s customers, and develop guidelines and processes for responding to trust and safety issues. Our team members display a solid understanding of AWS’s cloud infrastructure, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to exercise sound judgment on complex and time-sensitive matters. Job Responsibilities: Develop and deliver effective communication strategies that build and strengthen the T&S brand awareness Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all toolkits, templates, website content and processes to promote self-service and communication best practices across the organization Lead the internal marketing, branding and public relations for T&S and it's stakeholders Write compelling and effective messaging and content for a variety of audiences and channels including (but not limited to) leadership messages, blogs, newsletters, announcements, videos, presentations, and events. Develop and deliver strategic communications plans and programs that advance priorities, including reactive and proactive communications and outreach Own the communication strategy framework within T&S Provide strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally Manage the end-to-end process of creating, collecting, editing and curating communications across T&S teams Oversee all T&S global communications ensuring messaging is consistent and engaging Website content management and general content development; driving creation of T&S video and marketing content by working closely with the teams responsible for producing and creating this content; Work with various internal marketing and public relations teams to generate new ideas and adoption strategies Maintain awareness of industry trends and developments to craft a forward-looking communications strategy which foresees potential opportunities and mitigates risks.
